Referrals and affiliates
When you arrive through a partner link, Adwize keeps the partner reference for the current visit. With your consent, it may be kept for 90 days so that the first valid partner is credited if you sign up. This does not apply any discount, and the partner receives neither your email nor your advertising data.
Information we collect
Adwize may collect the account information you provide, authentication data, messages sent to support, product usage events and data from the ad accounts you choose to connect.
How we use this information
This information is used to provide the product, connect advertising workflows, generate recommendations, improve reliability, respond to support requests and protect the service.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party platform such as Meta Ads, Adwize uses the permission you grant to read or act on the data needed for the workflow you request — nothing more.
Analytics and session replays
Adwize measures browsing on this site with PostHog, whose servers are located in the European Union. Page views, clicks on the trial and booking buttons, language and the source of the visit are recorded.
These visits can also be replayed: what is displayed on screen is reconstructed, including text you type into forms, in order to understand where the journey gets stuck. Two exceptions are never recorded: passwords, and any field we mark as sensitive.
When you fill in the trial form, your name, email and phone number are attached to your visit, in order to link a request to its journey. This information is neither resold nor used for ad targeting.
If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is measured or replayed. You can also request the deletion of your replays and events by writing to contact@adwize.ai.
Delete your data
You can have your Adwize account and all data linked to it — profile, connected ad accounts, history, recommendations — erased by writing to contact@adwize.ai from your account’s email address. Deletion is processed within 30 days and confirmed by email; the permission granted to Adwize on Meta is revoked in the process. Only accounting records required by law are kept, with no link to your profile.
To remove Meta access without deleting your account: in Adwize, Settings → Connections → Disconnect Meta; or on Facebook, Settings → Business integrations → Adwize → Remove.
